Strange Alchemist: A mysterious alchemist is standing just outside of Serbule. He has something to offer you. (Speical Event).

The Creepy Alchemist is an Event NPC who first appeared outside of Serbule Keep in June 2016. When spoken to, he gives a temporary item that disappears when you log off, and can't be placed in storage. A new potion can be received about half an hour after the effects of the previous one wear off.
