"Proctor Elmetaph, we have found that some students who pass your island's tests are not actually skilled in magic at all! They may be using alchemy... or even worse, a primitive science called 'mycology.'
We have caught students teaching each other recipes for dangerous explosives. I've detailed the most common method. Please be on the lookout for it."
