Mallard Form
Mallard Form is a Curse freely usable by Druids that have learned the ability. Druids that have earned 100 Dreva's Blessings can exchange them at the Sun Vale altar to unlock Mallard Form. Unlike many other beast forms, Mallard Form isn't assumed to have removed your hands and ability to use your equipped weapons. All normal biped combat skills function as normal.
Flight Mechanics
Movement is controlled with the same keys as swimming, with R to "rise" and F to "fall." While in the air and not in combat, power ticks from food are disabled and power is drained slowly. While in the air and in combat, the power drain is significantly faster. Though power restoration through food isn't possibly while flying, other forms of power regeneration are allowed. Normal abilities may be used while airborne without restriction. This means that abilities that restore power (such as Psi Power Wave) can extend flight. With the appropriate equipment mods, out-of-combat flight can be made effectively limitless as long as the appropriate power-restoring abilities are kept active.
