Elder Game, LLC - Code of Conduct
Version 2.0 - Updated February 17, 2026
1. Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS CODE OF CONDUCT CAREFULLY.
By creating an account, logging in, posting, chatting, or otherwise using any Elder Game, LLC services (the “Services”), including:
- Project: Gorgon (the “Game”)
- Forums
- Website
- Community spaces
- Support systems
you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. This policy is part of the Terms of Service and is enforceable as a binding agreement.
2. Community Philosophy
Project: Gorgon is intended to be a cooperative and respectful environment where players can:
- Play the game
- Discuss gameplay
- Role-play
- Share opinions
- Participate in the community
All participants are expected to treat others with respect and basic courtesy.
The rules below are examples, not an exhaustive list.
Elder Game may act against behavior that harms the community even if not explicitly listed.
3. Enforcement Authority
Elder Game has full discretion to:
- Remove content
- Issue warnings
- Mute chat
- Suspend accounts
- Permanently ban accounts
Actions may be taken without prior notice.
Each situation is reviewed individually and penalties may vary.
Discussion of moderation actions publicly is prohibited.
Appeals may be submitted to:
support@projectgorgon.com
All final decisions are made at Elder Game’s discretion.
4. Prohibited Behavior
The following behavior is not allowed anywhere within the Services: Harassment & Abuse
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
- Defamation of players or staff
- Real-life threats
- Targeted disruptive behavior
Privacy Violations
- Sharing real-life personal information (“doxxing”)
- Attempting to obtain private information
- Posting private conversations without consent
Exploitation & Security
- Using or promoting cheats, bots, hacks, or exploits
- Attempting to access restricted systems
- Modifying or reverse engineering game data
- Discussing or distributing unreleased content obtained improperly
Impersonation
- Pretending to be staff, moderators, volunteers, or another player
- Misrepresenting official information
Inappropriate Content
- Obscene or excessively vulgar language
- Extreme sexual content
- Graphic real-world violence
- Illegal content or activity promotion
Disruptive Conduct
- Spamming or trolling
- Creating duplicate or repetitive posts
- Circumventing ignore features or moderation
- Evading suspensions or bans
- Publicly arguing moderation decisions
Commerce Violations
- Advertising without permission
- Real-money trading or account sales
- Soliciting services related to gameplay progression
Community Harm
- Behavior detrimental to the community as determined by Elder Game staff
5. Moderation Privacy
Information regarding warnings, suspensions, or bans is private.
Posting or distributing moderation correspondence publicly is prohibited. 6. Updates to This Policy
This Code of Conduct may change over time.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
7. Relationship to Other Policies
This Code of Conduct works together with:
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policy
If conflicts occur, the Terms of Service controls.
