Lincha is a resident of the city of Povus. Each in-game day, Lincha will make a request for an item in the form of a quest. The quests do not have time limits, however a new quest can not be obtained until a previously assigned one is completed or abandoned.

- Lincha can be found in Old Town in a building near the northeast entrance to the Sprawl district. She only appears when the Povus Town Level is at least ???.
