The Council Army is a fighting force serving The Council, and protects the Council-controlled region of Alharth at its whims.

Baroness Marith Felgard‎‎ believes they are busy fighting demons in Vidaria.
The Second Column, one branch of the force, was supposedly dispatched for Eltibule, but Commander Ferrows and his soldiers were lured into the Brain Bug Cave and destroyed.
