Isn't strange dirt a Mycology harvest, not Foraging? I'm like 99% certain that's the case, and I know my pig has found strange dirt with Truffle Sniff (which only produces Mycology items). I have additional information for this wiki page. I dont know how to properly edit the wiki page itself, so i'm going to share the information I have here (I hope this is the right place to write this).

You need favor level to learn Gurki's recipes.
I'm only level 18 in tailoring so these are the favor requirements I can see in Gurki's "training" tab:

Add pockets to cloth pant - Need friends favor level;

Add pockets to cloth shirt - Need friends favor level;

Add pockets to leather pants - Need close friends favor level;

Enhance darkness damage of cloth pants - Need close friends favor level;

As I level tailoring I will include here the favor requirements of other recipes (if any of the them require a higher level of favor then close friends).
