Prodigy Potential is a new system with the Statehelm update. The requirements to access the system are as follows:
*Level 100 before any synergy bonuses in the skill you wish to unlock potential for. 
*Like Family favor level with the level 91-100 skill trainer for the skill you wish to unlock potential for. Keep in mind these NPCs will only accept up to 5 gifts PER WEEK.
