	[[Soothsaying]] is a group of abilities in the [[Lore]] skill based around the viewing of '''Auguries'''. An adventurer can learn the four augury recipes (''Beginner's'', ''Basic'', ''Advanced'' and ''Expert Augury'') from [[Ashk the Answerer]]. [[Ashk]] will teach Augury abilities with appropriate favor, and after you complete some favor quests for him. You must have either [[Meditation]] or [[Shamanic Infusion]] at level 50 before you may learn these abilities.

	Each Augury recipe gives a one hour buff and a new Augury can be divulged every hour. The buff effect can be positive or negative depending on the foreseen outcome, and the level of Augury used. Not every effect is available as a result of each recipe.
