by defeating Tumak the Betrayer in Povus. He must be defeated between the in-game times of 9am and 10am.

Step 2 - Obtain the Ghostly Key

With the Ghostly Letter in-hand, visit the City of Povus nightly until Kimeta spawns. Kimeta's ghost will only appear under specific conditions.

  • It must be nighttime in Povus. She will not spawn before 8:00pm.
  • Ghosts must be spawning in the Sprawl district of the city.
  • The light outside her house must be off. If the light is turned on she will despawn.
  • If the light is not turned on, she will despawn at 1:15am.
