Fugorg is a goblin chieftain who stands watch on a hill in Eltibule. He is accompanied by goblin archers. He is of a similar level to Algapa, and likewise drops a business card that requires Goblinese Level 25.

Fugorg is the subject of a quest for vengeance from George Madler.
