Summary
Zhia Lian: One of the most amusing things a necromancer can do is talk to corpses. Go try it! I think there's someone in nearby Eltibule that can teach you. Look for a goblin that doesn't attack on sight -- that'll be him.
This Quest can be repeated after 60 days.
