The liquid in this cauldron is sure to cause hallucinations and may bring out latent magic effects in unpredictable ways. It's insanely dangerous.
Once deployed, any player can drink from the cauldron. It disappears after five minutes.

The Cauldron of Vile Thoughts is a common sight at parties. This cauldron bestows a random buff or debuff on whoever drinks from it. There are three levels that roughly equate to Words of Power, Sip (1&2), Gulp (3 & 4), and Guzzle (5). The larger the drink, the more Metabolism is spent. Each size of drink also has a chance to give Lore XP, once for each size. Adventurers beware, there is an equal chance to be cursed with Word of Power: Leprosy or blessed withWord of Power: Increase inventory.
