Overview
there are 5 levels of words of power at this time. Each harboring different effects, or varying degrees of power for some effects.
crafting a word of power will open a window with a string of capitalized characters. All power words must be spoken in full caps. Saying a word in chat will activate the effect. Power words must be MANUALLY recorded to either the notepad in the quest log or some outside document or is LOST FOREVER!
