Horse thief events run hourly in most zones (apparently).
These events spawn a number of mantis horse thieves, and upon killing them will spawn a group of horses.
Participating in the event will also grant 2-3 x Horse Apple Seedlings. Horse Breeds: A Primer, Horse Aphrodisiac, Horse Ruby and The Traits of a Mount are possible drops.
Locations
The Serbule Horse Thieves event occurs North East of the graveyard, on a hill next to the giant hand.
The Horse Thieves (Eltibule) event occurs North West of the Eltibule-Serbule portal.
