I try to comfort other banished souls who wander the forest. I guess I don't have much else to do. Though I do wish there were more fairies here to talk to!

Flia is a fairy serving the Winter Court. She is a spy, who has successfully located the sisters Jesina and Sarina.

When Favor with Fila reaches "Like Family" she suggests that she could transform you into a fairy, but it would take eons of torture.
