Old Crusty is a massive and powerful Droach found deep in the Dark Chapel. As soon as his armor is depleted, Old Crusty will become enraged, dealing fearsome extra damage to his targets. The massive bursts of fiery breath he gives off seems to suggest that Droaches are related to dragons.
