“That fool elf Pennoc invited a traveling circus from Sinoca to come visit here. We're much too small for a circus to normally bother with, but he promised them an exceptionally friendly welcome, in Elven style, and he even promised free room and board for weeks. I would have had Pennoc thrown in the dungeon if we had a dungeon.
Pennoc is an Elven merchant living in Serbule Keep. He is a rich trader who has been stuck in the town due to being waylaid on the road. Naturally, being rich and cooped up in the small town of Serbule has made him restless. As such, he is willing to offer a number of mundane quests to passing travelers to satiate his boredom.
