Michael Irasce is an NPC in Statehelm who sells high level ink and parchment, as well as training high level Non-Fiction Writing.

Quests

Michael Irasce offers a quest asking you to retrieve a book hidden behind a gilded chest in a deep cave in Povus. The scroll is located in the alcove behind the gilded chest next to Slimey the snail in the northern Forthragarian Caves.

After completing this first quest, Michael will offer 5 more quests to retrieve various books.
