To start this quest, find and interact with the coffin in the Vidaria trapdoor tower in the northeast corner of the zone. No prior quests are required.

Acur Blood drops from completing world events: the Close The Portal event in Eltibule (1 AM in-game) and Sun Vale (3 AM in-game), and the Cultist Uprising event in Statehelm (5 AM in-game).
