Truxartis asked me to bring him Large Hate Pearls. This is a repeatable daily quest offered on Sundays.

To receive this quest, talk to Truxartis in Vidaria. The quest is available after completing Grasuul the Butler and is offered on Sundays.
Preface
“I have need of large hate pearls. You can sometimes find them on the corpses of your victims. Speak with Grasuul to find the freshest blood today... that will also be your best chance for finding hate pearls.
For this particular purpose I do not... care how fresh they are. You may use store-bought hate pearls for all I care. Just make certain they are extremely... hateful.

Note: Large Hate Pearls are currently the best favor item needed for turning in to Meghan Olliver in Statehelm for favor, which is required for the Vampirism level 91–100 cap unlock.
