The Guardian Crystal is a giant Crystal boss. You must defeat it in order to loot the chest behind. Be warned, Constructs, particularly crystals, will often despawn upon their defeat. As such, there is no corpse to interact with to remove the Curse, Crystallized Organs, after it is defeated. Those wishing to be spared the Crystallized Organs must take part in battle against the Guardian Crystal, and must survive.
