The Winter Holiday of Ri-Shin celebrates the victory of the god of plants and trees over Vol-Mu, a former god of winter. Although the holiday was popularized by humans on Alharth, most other races enthusiastically join the festive spirt of the season as well.

Winter Holiday 2019 Overview

Every year when Ri-Shin starts a snapshot is taken of your characters Favor levels. Any NPCs above the threshold will offer you a one time gift, or set of gifts, for your favor level. If you are above Friends, but below Like Family, you will receive the Friends gift. If you are at Like Family or above you will receive the best gift they offer. Any favor changes over the course of the event will have no impact on the rewards given. Most NPCs have a set of specific items, many of them unique to the Ri-Shin holiday gifts. One example
