• Can be found on Elmetaph's bookshelf in the lighthouse on Anagoge Island.
• Can be found in the first level of the Anagoge Records Facility on Anagoge Island.

Note

The book does not actually teach any skill: it simply provides the recipes. The respective skill is learned on first use of one of the recipes.
