Ichin the Ice Master is a prestigious Rakshasa merchant, chef, and respected Ice Mage currently working in the city of Rahu. He offers training of recipes and skill cap unlocks to trainees of Ice Magic, and sells his shaved ice creations. Ichin is also willing to teach adventurers adept at Ice Magic the Ice Conjuration skill, but not all of his secrets are fit for humanoids.
